Well I thought they were incompetent, but I really had no idea ..MORE HEALTHCARE.GOV

Why is there so much trouble with healthcare.gov people cannot even GET to the pricing and purchase decision?
It was designed on the basis of the Bush computerized implementation of Medicare Part D.
So compare what was relevant to that part of the population older than 65, computer literate, and wanting to participate in a new Rx program for Medicare to what is going on. I have no idea what the numbers were but it was planned around 20k simultaneous users, built to withstand 150k.
Contrast this to the healthcare.gov system which is mandatory for every single person the USA older than 26 (but younger if you are not on parent’s plan) and younger than the last day  which you are 64.
The administration built the site’s capacity based partly on the all-time high of 30,000 simultaneous users for Medicare.gov, an existing site where senior citizens can buy or renew prescription-drug plans under Medicare Part D, Park said. Its theoretical maximum capacity hasn’t been disclosed.
The Bush Admin’s Health IT guru said this:
"Whoever thought it would draw 60,000 people wasn’t reading the administration’s press releases,” said David Brailer, former national coordinator of health care information technology. "The Medicare Part D site was supposed to have 20,000 simultaneous users and was (built for) 150,000, and that was back when computing was done on an abacus. It isn’t that hard.”
From the Obama IT guru …
HealthCare.gov’s enrollment functions are shut down at off-peak hours this weekend so technicians can make repairs to the site.
“We’re obviously not satisfied with the performance,” Park said. “We’re working 24-7.”
The site will be running better by early next week, he said, though he declined to make specific guarantees. The administration isn’t yet prepared to say how many simultaneous users the upgraded site will be able to handle, he added.
So at 6:00 am like a good little citizen I tried to engage the site. I am happy to inform you that when clicking the LOG IN button I was IMMEDIATELY taken to the LOG IN screen. But when I entered my info and clicked SUBMIT, just as instantaneously … on  a page TITLED SUCCESS URL:
Downstream Error
It’s a comedy.
And this guy wants to close the ocean? He can’t even get me past a log in screen on his most important endeavor.

Keep trying, Epa. You'll get that free healthcare sooner ... or later.

I have it figured out... the number one killer of adult male americans is heart disease.

This process is designed to kill all of us with coronary artery disease, via frustration and heart attack BEFORE we can sign up, and then the entire effort can finally be paid for!

Obama is trying to kill me!
