And then Peace Reigned (in my head maybe)

I'm over the river and through the woods, traffic willing, to granmother's house (the grandson is somewhere in the air on JetBlue) otherwise known as my mom's place and we are going to eat, drink, and sit around with our feet up doing nothing.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!

Merry Christmas, RRA, Epa, MR, AOW, Damien, and everyone else.

The Peace that God promises is a peace which is in spite of our surroundings.

As it says in Psalm 23,

Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies ...

In other words, we dine in peace, while they suffer on in their hatred of us.
