U.S. Warned Sweden of 'Negative Consequences' If ASAP Rocky Case Wasn't Resolved in Leaked Docs

Remember how Trump sent the Hostage Crisis Envoy over to Sweden to "monitor" the situation? Remember how Kamala Harris and other stupid fucking Leftists criticized Trump for this?

Well, it fucking worked:

In an effort to secure ASAP Rocky's freedom, a U.S. official decided to put a little pressure on the Swedish government. 

On Friday night, CNN shared a leaked diplomatic letter in which Robert C. O'Brien, the US Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs, urged the Swedish Prosecution Authority to resolve the case as quickly as possible. 

O'Brien wrote the letter on July 31, two days before the Harlem rapper was was granted permission to leave Sweden. 

The official requested the immediate humanitarian release of Rocky and his co-defendants—David Rispers and Bladimir Corniel—and proposed they be sent to "a supervised detention in a local Stockholm hotel pending final disposition of the case." 

After outlining his requests, O'Brien warned that if the case wasn't quickly resolved there would be potential "negative consequences to the U.S.-Swedish bilateral relationship."

RELEASED:

A Swedish judge ordered ASAP Rocky released from jail Friday, pending the verdict in the Harlem rapper's assault trial. 

He is allowed to leave Sweden prior to judgment being reached Aug. 14, but his lawyer did not immediately say whether the rapper plans to leave. 

President Donald Trump, who has been a vocal supporter of the rapper in the criminal case, hailed his release from custody. 

"A$AP Rocky released from prison and on his way home to the United States from Sweden," Trump tweeted. "It was a Rocky Week, get home ASAP A$AP!"

And now that this is all said and done, I want to tell you how I feel about ASAP Rocky. People probably think my obsession with this case has to do with my being a fan.

I AM NOT A FAN.

I think the guy is an obnoxious piece of shit misogynist. His lyrics are idiotic, "pussy, pussy, pussy" swill. His background music is interesting, but I am told he has nothing to do with that. He is a good-looking man and chicks dig him. He is nominally an "artist".

AND HE IS NOT A THUG, in my opinion.

But my opinion DOES NOT MATTER.

What matters is that in America we recognize that all human beings are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. ASAP Rocky is an American. He traveled to Sweden to do a show. He was stalked by two Muslim men, who were trying to pick a fight with him. One of the Muslim men hit his body guard in the face and made the bodyguard bleed.

Still ASAP Rocky and his bodyguard did not fight back.

It wasn't until minutes later, after repeatedly changing the direction in which they were walking in an attempt to avoid the confrontation, that ASAP Rocky and his bodyguard FINALLY unleashed the proverbial can of whoopass, as they should.

ASAP Rocky was arrested and held in jail for a month. The two Muslim faggots were let go.

When it comes down to it, ASAP Rocky was being held in jail for daring to fight back against a Muslim.

That is the long and the short of it.

Sweden thought they could get away with this shit, because ASAP Rocky is a black rapper, and therefore they probably thought we all think he is just a dumb thug.

But again, he is not a thug, and HE IS AN AMERICAN.
