God, what a liar!
I continue to follow the fall of Kabul on my blog. Ten days. The Taliban offensive took only ten days. I worried quite a bit and lost sleep over the last couple of weeks. Last night I could not sleep at all. Tossed and turned the whole night.
We took too long to begin the evacuation of Americans in Kabul. Our intel lacked strategic depth.
Not all, will be able to make their way to the airport at this time. There will be some sad images of Americans in custody in coming days. That is my belief - unless God is incredibly gracious toward out nation.
I can only hope that all female staff members of the embassy were sent home weeks ago.
