Former Mexican Law Enforcement Describes Occult Leanings In Mexico And How They Affect The Cartel
This is an excellent segment on this subject. When I used to do cult investigation I peripherally ran into this kind of thing and had friends who did a lot more work in this area, including the notorious Matamoros case from 1989. Most people don't know about this aspect of cartels and especially as it is starting to appear in this country it is important that law enforcement be well trained to deal with it.
And am I ever glad I don't do cult investigation in anything to do with this area any more!
