All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

Russia is not in it? This study shows a severe misunderstanding of culture. It would top Serbia who seems to be placed for political reasons
I doubt unicef would publish something which shows a bias towards African people.
My problem was more with Serbia beeing on the list. I wonder if it's meant as a reference to show the astonishing figures of African and Arab countries or it has some different reason.
I don't know the statistics but i doubt Russia,Romania or Bulgaria is not higher then Serbia.

That's an interesting comment. It could be true.
What are the political reasons, though? Why is Nepal and India included?
Do you think the political reason is a dislike of dark-skinned people?
If that is so, then why is it that more African countries are not included in this?
