Joe Rogan interviewed Author and Journalist Tom O'Neill the other day. The reason for the interview was that O'Neill has released a book on his research into the history of the Manson family. Along the way, he stumbled upon evidence that Jack Ruby's court-appointed Psychiatrist was a MK Ultra Doctor. This may sound like a joke. But I assure you it is not.
