Their Pakistani victim, Mohammad Anwar, 66, of Springfield, Virginia, was driving for Uber Eats when the girls attempted to steal his car and tased him.
The incident took place on Tuesday and murder charges were announced on Wednesday.
The man tried to keep control of his car, but the girls drove away at high speed, with Mohammed hanging off the side of the vehicle.
It appears he may have died when they drove into a light pole, pinning him in between the car and the pole, then causing his body to fly through the air, and land on the sidewalk.
