It's not quite as simple as "banning," because Biden is outsourcing it's abuse of our Human Rights to businesses. He is doing this because businesses are somehow not subject to the Consitution. If they take away our 1st, 2nd, or 4th Amendment Rights, that is considered ok.
Yeah, we'll see how all this shakes out, huh "Businesses"?

I think there is a case to be made that the businesses are acting as agents of the Government or are so intertwined with government (mainly because of bailouts and Covid-cash) that they must afford us the same Constitutional protections as the Government.

Back in January 2020, Beijing told Chinese expats to buy every mask they could find and ship them to China.
And they did.
Which is one reason Western doctors were so worried about shortages ===>in March.<===
The best part is that China happily accepted donations of PPE from impossibly naive - I mean thoughtful and caring - countries like Canada even as it hoovered up all the masks, respirators, and gloves it could find.
