All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

Notre Dame Fire, April, 2018: Person Moving and Flash On The Roof
Covering jihad Twitter feeds one site threatened another symbolic church would go up in flames. This was in the last 48 hours that the threat was put up.
From sentiment to operational is a big stretch, but "intent" is the first step in jihad. Thoughts that precede action count for jihad.
I am not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch but it seems that with the blazing inferno at Notre Dame, an accelerant must be considered.
