I, for one, am happy that the excessive excise taxes that I pay are going to that gaggle of Nigerians on the streets of Cleveland. It makes me proud that many of the drug dealers in that city are using their multiple ObamaPhones to arrange for commerce - and to thereby generate more crack babies for ObamaCare to tend to from cradle to grave.
Why am I happy? Because it clarifies the vote even further.
As they proudly state in their propaganda, 35% of citizens are eligible. How much do you think your vote will count against a free phone and food stamps.
