Culturist
assimilation policy in a nutshell:
Whereas multiculturalism emphasizes diversity, and drives us
apart, culturism emphasizes our unity.
Multiculturalism says the West has no core cultures into which to
assimilate and calls all who promote assimilation ‘racist.’ Culturism affirms
that western nations have wonderful core traditional cultures into which to
assimilate.
Immigration
limitations:
Latin American and Islamic immigration to the West must stop
now. For both groups, this forces a choice: here or there? Additionally, if foreign peoples are
the majority in an area, they will not assimilate to the wider country. We must not grow already large
immigrant communities.
Possible
repatriation:
A later article will detail repatriation policy. Suffice it here to say that, in
America, displays of ‘fealty to foreign potentates’ provide evidence that you
perjured yourself during your naturalization proceedings: your adopted
citizenship contract is thus null and void.
Criminalize Sharia
law in the West:
Culturism affirms that the West has a core culture. Sharia is not western. Refusing to show your face during
government proceedings and advocating public schools become halal, shows fealty
to non-western ideals. As such,
(where legally possible), those advocating sharia law should have their
citizenship revoked.
No dual citizenship:
Rather than convenience for individuals, ending dual
citizenship is designed to create unity behind our Western nations and
values. It forces a choice of
loyalties.
Education:
Western schools must teach that the West and western nations
are the best. Multiculturalism
says all cultures are equally wonderful; this undermines schools’ ability to
inculcate pride in western values and achievements. We need culturist education.
Western festivals:
Local governments should celebrate western history and holidays. While not requiring attendance, these
celebrations provide an opportunity for new citizens to show public enthusiasm
for their adopted nations.
Conversely, our local and national governments and schools
should not fund celebrations of other nations or their cultures. Multiculturalists believe that Ramadan
is just as western as Christmas.
Culturists disagree. Our
governments must not promote foreign cultures.
Flags and anthems and
flags and anthems:
Fly a flag in front of your house, in banks and government
offices. Let’s have the anthem
before films. Stand when it plays.
Let’s play our national anthems on television and radio. Those who don’t want to stand should
feel uncomfortable.

I am a culturist, and a foreign-born American citizen. My four children are bilingual, but while we spoke both English (their father was a natural born American)and Spanish at home, the children spoke only English when outside of the house. They are more American than any liberal American. One attended the Naval Academy, and another joined the Marines out of college, having served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
All of my friends have similar experiences, and if you look at the Cuban experience, you can see that as a pattern for most families who arrived in the US. It is true that they had nothing to go back home to. Even though Miami's little Havana may be the perfect negation of what I'm saying, that is the exception that confirms the rule. Mostly old Cubans and newly arrived Latin Americans who arrived under the new multiculturalism choose to remain there. You can find Cubans all over the US, fully integrated, some of them with children and grandchildren who cannot even speak Spanish.
But even though I am a culturist, and support the banishing of double citizenship, reading about forbidding travel to native countries (would you rather have the new citizens choosing to bring in also their parents, who will definitely not assimilate rather than take a trip every so many yeas to visit them?) or stop sending them money to ease their lives would start us in a wrong and dangerous road.
There are many ways to give incentives to integrate. For starters, every public document should be printed only in English, including school forms. Driver licenses cannot be given unless a basic test of English can be passed. NATURALIZATION documentation SHOULD BE ONLY IN ENGLISH!!! Any benefits should be ONLY FOR US CITIZENS, and maybe for legal residents ONLY during the first five years after their arrival. After the time when they are eligible for naturalization, all benefits should stop. The message is clear: stay and become one of us, or LEAVE. I am talking of all benefits: in-state tuition in school (starting with kinder garden all the way to college,) food stamps, subsidized housing, medical care, etc. If they have a child after the five-year grace period to naturalization, they pay for all hospital, and care expenses pre and post delivery, although birth control SHOULD be FREE. Oh! Regarding resident visas, a basic or working knowledge of English should be required, or a have a proviso stating that a two-year grace period is granted to acquire the required knowledge. Efforts should be made to facilitate the integration, such as moderately price English classes (cost to be deducted from taxes for instance.)
This country is unique. We have to protect it, but at the same time we cannot give up those characteristics which made them a magnet for honest and hard working people who want to make it their home But borders must be closed first and and well thought immigration policy developed. Just let's make every effort possible to preserve the "land of the free and the home of the brave" where every individual has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness ...
What follows has nothing to do with the above subject, but I believe it is important, provided I'm right. This is why I need other sets of eyes and minds, because it is hard to believe it can be true, and if so, how is it that nobody has raised hell about it.
I refer to the night icon in the weather application of the iPhone and other android phones. Can you please take a look and tell me what you think? I showed it to a friend on my phone, she checked it on hers, could not believe her eyes, but she still cannot accept it is what it looks like. Comments, please?
First, as to your comment about immigration and culturism, I pretty much agree with everything you say. It will be more interesting to hear what John has to say about it.
Anyway, the icon you mention does look like an islamic moon.
great, huh?
