Yeah, Pasto and I questioned it ourselves and wanted to check a little further before posting this.
This is the video from PrisonPlanet/Infowars
Now I know what many of you will say: it's Infowars it's paranoia it's crazy it's a hoax
HOWEVER
This is the original ad as aired, not the one the above youtube video links too
if you turn the volume way up to near concert level, get close to the speakers and
pay attention you can hear the martial law msg mostly clearly in the background.
Also the original ad starts with a 2 or 3 second screen shot of the www.whitehouse.gov
website.
CAUTION: be sure to pull away from the speakers by the 21 second mark or the piano will leave you with a delicious case on tinnitus.
So nothing added by Infowars or anyone else that we can tell, it's in the original ad AND THE AD HAS THE STAMP OF APPROVAL FROM WHITEHOUSE.GOV
What the fuck is going on here?!?!?

Here's an explanation, though it's not a very good one:
http://now.snopes.com/2015/05/04/aarp-martial-law/
From that Snopes link:
While it’s true the AARP commercial excerpt is bizarre and somewhat dark, it’s far likelier that its creators added the narrative background effects for atmospheric purposes rather than to serve some unspecified agenda to normalize the concept of martial law. Moreover, the events to which many viewers have alluded as context for the ad’s subliminal content took place well after its release. It isn’t clear why no one picked up on the ambient background speaking prior to the seemingly-related events in March and April of 2015; but one reason could be that absent current unrest and martial law rumors, the AARP commercial’s unusual audio features appeared far less menacing.
Does that make sense?

Explanation behind "nationwide riots" audio makes little sense
The commercial is also absurd in yet another way. Any member of the 'sandwich' generation tasked with caring for children and parents and/or grandparents simultaneously does not appear as relaxed and well groomed at the end of the day ...nor do they have the free time and a spotlessly clean house to watch tv and blissfully crochet.
Here's my working theory for right now:
When you shoot a commercial, you want to control the individual elements. So, you record background noise separately. In fact, you add it in the Editing room.
So, my guess is, they shot the commercial and added the TV in the editing process.
There are a lot of leftie-style Ron Paul potheads out there who believe a lot of crazy bullshit which is somewhat indistinguishable from the nuttier people on the right (excpet for the weed), and there are a lot of these fagnutz working in Hollywood.
My guess is a couple of those fagnutz were working in the editing room that day and thought it would be funny to put this shit in there. If they thought they could have gotten away with putting a 9/11 truther commercial in the background they would have done that.
Are you also suggesting the 'fagnutz' (as you put it) also added the government approval to the final cut?
No.
Am I wrong to assume the WhiteHouse.gov seal is on all AARP commercials?
By the way, the reason I call these people fagnutz is because I really really really really hate Ron Paul leftie lunatic "LIbertarians". I hate them even more than I hate regular lefties. They make up the bulk of truthers, and they make up a very large portion of the Occupy Wall Street movement.
