They're living in ivory towers and have zero connection with us peons here on the ground.

Postponing the consequences of the will of the American people, if Obama is re-elected, will only make it worse.
If the republicans lose the pres (still a ?), but hang on to the house and increase in the senate as now appears likely, THEY SHOULD BECOME IMMOVABLE
If they give in (as Obama has predicted and expected) then BRACE because I hear the falls ahead on this river we are on, and we are all best served by bringing it down via lack of productivity. Just put our professional efforts, and ethics on cruise. Obama will have transformed as he wished, but the result will not only be a reduced and diminished USA, but also a world WITHOUT our values being propounded in this world, and a people WHO PRETEND TO PUT FORTH THE PREVIOUS EFFORT IN A STATE WHICH PRETENDS TO CARE
