I don't know, she looks pretty good to me ...
From Truth Revolt:
Nineteen women signed up for the first gender-integrated class of Army Ranger training, and all of them failed to complete the first phase.
A Fort Benning release stated that eight of the women will retry the training course, known as the Darby phase, again on May 14.
One hundred and one men also "washed out" of the Darby phase and will likewise make a second attempt at the course.
On the first day of physical challenges, the would-be soldiers tried to complete 49 push-ups, 59 sit-ups, 6 chin-ups, and a 5-mile run in under 40 minutes. Three women and 78 men failed the test and couldn't continue.
Those that passed the first day's challenges went on to face a land navigation test, a swim test, a 12-mile foot march, weighed down with an extra 35 pounds, all required to be completed in under three hours.
The Washington Times reports that eight women and 119 men failed this portion. According to the Ranger training website, nearly 15 percent of soldiers have to repeat the Darby phase. Other stats show that 37 percent of students will repeat at least one phase of the training.
Out of the 400 who began the training, only 115 male soldiers met the Ranger school standards and will move on to the second phase.

There are a few areas within the military which remain the domain of men based on biology and gender specific design. The reason I was not allowed to toss a grenade in the military was because of a basic understanding that I would be the victim of the same.
Fire away with the weapons for the weapons qualification training platform? Yes. Grenade toss? Nope. Hacky sack? Yes.
We just do not have comparable physical strength compared to the male of the species. I am unsupportive of the movement of women into Special Forces branch.

7.62 = male

In the hands of a competent shooter, either way you get the job done. But you will never bridge that gap no matter how hard you try. So stop trying to square this circle and get back to doing the job.
BTW. I'd bet money few guys could squat that load in heels.
Don't worry. Next time they will lower the bar so nobody complains of "unfairness."
