Rice: Peace thwarted by Israeli politics

Blaming The Jews Because The Nazis Won't Be Peaceful

From Israel Today:

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Sunday reiterated her belief internal political turmoil in Israel thwarted the Bush Administration in its quest to oversee a final status Israeli-Palestinian peace deal by the end of 2008.

"Even though there was not an agreement by the end of the year, it is really largely because of the political situation in Israel," Rice told reporters in Washington just hours before hosting visiting Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert for a breakfast meeting.

She assigned no blame to the Palestinians' ongoing failures to eliminate the threat of anti-Israel terrorism and build the foundations of a viable independent state.

What's in it for the U.S. to engage in the deluded quest to solve the "Palestinian" problem by endless rounds of empty talks? The solution is to kick out the Arabs and annex the Golan Heights, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Anything short of that is just management of an unsoluble problem.

The Arabs just keep putting pressure on the world to make us all believe that if the "Palestinians" would only have a homeland then the Muslim world in general would be happy.

Thus, the whole world does the bidding of Islam and tries to force the Israelis to concede.

The whole thing flies in the face of reason, and all you need to know is history to understand that it certainly does fly in the face of reason.

Alas, it seems even those who do know history do not learn its lessons.

I have no explanation for this.
