Republican Congressman: Obama is "Going Beyond Constitutional Powers", “Setting The Stage For Something Very Dangerous In The Future”

From the Daily Caller:
Michigan Republican Rep. Justin Amash of Michigan believes that Congress must correct the dangerous path upon which President Barack Obama has set the nation. It is the job of Congress to “step up and take charge and point out when the President is going beyond his constitutional powers,” said Amash during an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller.
He described the direction that the country is going is “scary” and accused President Obama of “setting the stage for some thing very dangerous in the future.”
“I think it’s scary the direction the government is going, regardless of wether you have a Republican President or a Democratic President,” Amash said.
“We have an executive branch that is getting way to powerful, and President Obama is setting the stage for something very dangerous in the future.”
Amash also criticized the current Congress for failing to thwart Obama’s agenda.
“I think as a Congress we need to step up and point out and take charge and point out when the President is going beyond his constitutional powers, which is frequent, and we have got to do something about it and we haven’t done that as a Congress,” he said.

Congress needs to retake some of powers it has delegated to the Executive. Abolish the power of the EPA, HHS, and other executive agencies to legislate through the promulgation of regulation. In fact, just abolish or significantly defund these and other agencies.

The moment he started with Csars that should have been obvious to anyone with half a brain, you don't set up a shadow gov unless you plan to take over!
