Is Google From Hell? UPDATED UPDATED UPDATED AT BOTTOM

Pamela at Atlas Shrugs is very upset that Google has done something which has caused her blog to no longer be a resource for information on the Jihad.

If you don't believe that Google does this type of thing, then click here.

Not a single hit is directed to Little Green Footballs, the very blog I am attempting to search.

In case you are wondering, Google has not blocked this blog ... yet.

Why would Google do this? What the hell is up with them?

Would anyone from Google care to talk? Obviously, we will figure out a way to keep you anonymous, if so.

If so, leave a comment.

UPDATE:

Anonymous writes in and says,

Search using "little green footballs marwan barghouti" instead. It will show LGF in the first few results.

Indeed, he is correct.

In fact, using that search, there are many conservative blogs and journals cited.

Strangely though a google "site search" of his first name throws up a lot of hits, but not his full name

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=marwan++site%3Alittlegreenfootballs.com&btnG=Search

It appears that they still search LGF with the boolean type search (available on their advanced search page) and will give results for it, but aren't creating the required techy bits to put it on the standard google homepage search that you would expect John Doe to use ?

Anonymous,
You're right.

Hmm.

So, Charles never uses the "al-Barghouti."

In fact, there are many conservative blogs and journals cited this way.

Interesting.

Ok, I will update my post.

Thanks.

Atlas Shrugs' drop in hits is a mystery. Whether or not that has anything to do with the recent instances of censorship remains to be seen. But, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that they are not out to get you. I think it's prudent to make plans for Exodus from Blogger. Someone has to be Moses to delivery the IBA from the vagaries of Blogger.
